The staff at Valverde was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room was beautifully designed and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this gem of a hotel. a fantastic experience.

The hotel is located in a convenient part of town, making it easy to explore the city center on foot. It is also very near the Metro, providing easy access to other areas of the city. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, with spacious and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast offers a good selection of bread and pastries. The hotel also offers surprises in the room, like fruit or local cheeses, adding a personal touch to the experience.

While the hotel has many positive aspects, some guests felt that it did not live up to the advertised 5-star rating and lacked certain luxury amenities found in other five-star hotels.

The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling part of town, right opposite the metro station and within walking distance of most attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities are top-notch, including a small pool that was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure that my stay was luxurious and comfortable. the exclusive amenities such as the outdoor swimming pool and spa lounge were fantastic, and I was able to fully relax and unwind. the restaurant offered a delicious breakfast, with an extensive menu and special diet menus available.

this was a minor issue and did not detract from the overall experience.

Excellent food, entertainment, and ambiance in the garden and pool area. Friendly and helpful staff, with valet parking available. Breakfast and evening drinks can be enjoyed in the small garden. Stylish, comfortable, soundproof, and clean room. Great reception staff providing helpful service.
